You may return any of the following items to Emallyca.com for any reason for a full refund (we will also refund the return shipping cost if the return is due to an error on our part or if the item qualifies for free returns on your shipment (including gifts) 30 days after delivery:
• Any books in original condition
• Any unopened (still in plastic packaging) CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software or video games
• Unworn jewelry, watches, shoes, clothing and accessories
You may return eligible baby items and toys to Emallyca.com for any reason within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (we will also refund return shipping costs if the return is the result of an error on our part) (including gifts ). In addition, most health and personal care items can be returned within 60 days of delivery (subject to the exclusions below).
Please note that we do not accept returns on opened items, some health and personal care items, groceries, or items past 30 days of delivery (45 days for eligible baby products and toys; eligible health and personal care items for 60 days). We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased on Emallyca.com.
Replace damaged defective items
If you have received a defective item sold by Emallyca.com and need to replace it with an identical item, please visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. Items shipped by Emallyca.com cannot be exchanged, but may be returned.
Use our return labels
Return mailing labels obtained from the Emallyca.com Returns Center are only valid for returns shipped from within Canada; this includes items purchased from third-party sellers and shipped by EMIIC from outside Canada. However, you can still use the Returns Center for items shipped from Emallyca.com outside of Canada.
Each return shipping label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not put items from other orders or other shipments from the same order in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
If you use this shipping label and the return is due to an error on our part (you received the item incorrectly or defective, etc.), we will pay for return shipping and, if applicable, your import fee deposit will be refunded after return processing.
If you use this shipping label and your return is not a result of our error, the shipping cost for the returned item will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable import fee deposit. The amount deducted will be equal to our standard shipping charges for the item.
