 Processing and Delivery Time

Processing time is indicated on the product page and can vary from item to item. Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday. 

*Orders placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.

Depending on where you are located as well as the item availability, this will determine the time it will take for your order to be delivered.

Shipping to Remote Locations within Canada

Remote Locations* are excluded from Free Shipping and all shipping options listed above. Remote locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve.

Additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered to remote locations since most remote locations are referred by Canada Post as "Air Stage Locations"-locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year.

Our customer service will contact you for more information if your order may qualify for extra shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. On average, your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 1-5 business days.

·        1-2 Day to Montreal & Vancouver.

·        2-3 Day to Toronto. & Calgary.

·        4-5 Day to Yukon, North West & Newfoundland.

Shipping Notes

* In order to increase service level, we offer customers with faster processing time and more shipping options. All shipments will be carried by Canada Post, UPS, Fedex and so on.

* The billing and shipping information must be the same for all orders. If there is any issues with orders placed, an agent will contact you to resolve it.

* This shipping offer may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.

* Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the courier considers it a lost package.

* We do not refund shipping cost.

* We are not responsible for any parcel returned to us due to a typing error in the shipping address, unless the order was placed by one of our agent.

* Locations with higher than usual shipping costs will be excluded from free shipping. Locations far from a courier's hub. Locations that are infrequently served by couriers.

* If you placed an order and made a mistake, a charge of $20.8 plus tax will be applied to reship you the order.
